By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any related balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. kiis918 reserves the right to verify this information at any stage through its KYC process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Notify kiis918 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.

kiis918 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to comply with the security obligations in this clause. Any Wager placed through your Account, whether by you or any other person using your credentials, shall be deemed to have been placed by you and shall be binding.

kiis918 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent), unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.
• Currency: All Account balances are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kiis918 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if under the age of 21;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiis918 staff, support agents, or other Platform users;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without express written authorisation from kiis918.

All Content on the kiis918 Platform — including but not limited to the kiis918 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to kiis918 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

kiis918 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform Content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Use the kiis918 brand name, logo, or trademarks without express prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of kiis918's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiis918 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage arising from use of the Platform;
• Loss arising from technical failures, network interruptions, server downtime, or errors in third-party payment systems;
• Loss caused by a Player's failure to comply with these Terms;
• Any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside kiis918's reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, internet disruption, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kiis918's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

kiis918 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

kiis918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the Account was registered by a person under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Account was registered by a player subject to a self-exclusion;
• Access from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Chargebacks or disputes initiated through a payment provider without first contacting kiis918 support.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, kiis918 will use reasonable efforts to communicate the suspension reason to the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Where an Account is terminated for cause, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting kiis918 customer support. Upon closure, any non-bonus real-money balance will be returned to the Player subject to standard withdrawal terms and KYC requirements.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
